Refund policy

Returns

We fully stand behind our products but we understand that sometimes a product isn't 100% what you had in mind. Because of this, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is unused.

An unused product is one that is in its original packaging or tags, unwashed, or unopened.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (It's rare that your refund will be rejected.)

If your refund is approved, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of return shipping and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show on your bank statement. If you haven’t received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned and refunded unless stated otherwise. In some cases, sale items are a final sale.
